The Sales Assistant is Co-responsible for achieving optimal results in turnover and profitability through proactive support of Office Account Managers and Account Managers.
Job Duties
• Is responsible for sales over the phone, monitoring assigned accounts and maintaining relationships.
• Follows up on sales initiative and supports account managers.
• Keeps customers informed about all ongoing matters – deliveries, backorders, stock, etc. as well as product changes or alternatives.
• Process customer orders in the system.
• Enters & verifies sales orders.
• Records price and condition agreements.
• Sends customers order confirmations upon receipt of quote acceptance.
• Handles customer complaints/disputes by recording them, following up and insuring resolution.
• Enters relevant data into the system and keeps system up to date
• Follows internal compliance procedures to ensure that executed work meets the required quality standards.
• Monitors inventory to make sure items ordered by customers are always available.
Job Requirements:
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in an office.
- Basic Computer skills Word and Excel
- Articulate English
- Spanish a plus
- Collaborative – teamwork is very important.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls from partner business's focusing on resolving any issues with a one call resolution
- Entering information within their CRM and ticketing system
- White-Glove Service for all calls
Position Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in enterprise customer support, particularly in Health Tech or tech, is highly valued.
- Proven Experience 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Success role.
- Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities for software and hardware issues; proficiency in tools like Netsuite, CRM platforms, and ticketing systems.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, workflows, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Clear and empathetic communicator with a knack for building strong client relationships.
- Customer Focus: A problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building trust.
Additional Requirements:
- GED/High School Diploma REQUIRED - ASSOCIATES/BACHELORS DEGREE HIGHLY PREFERRED

- Pay: $17.00 an hour
- Scheduling: Availability M – F 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Start date: January 2025
- Training: Training is 3 weeks M – F 8:30A – 5:00 PM ; very important “No time to be missed during training period and first 30 days.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handled approximately 70 – 90 inbound calls daily.
- Place outbound calls as needed to Dr. Offices/Insurance companies to validate information
- Calls are related to patient care, requiring the ability to de-escalate as sensitivity situations will come up
- Update system with notes WHILE ON THE CALL (not in between calls)
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED Minimum
- Previous 6 months of experience in a HIGH-VOLUME CALL CENTER (70 – 90+ calls daily)
- Must be Tech Savvy – Ability to use multiple screens while reading scripts and adding notes into the system
- Stable employment history (no unreasonable gaps)
- Ability to work 100% onsite reliably daily.
