Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment. This role involves handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing excellent service.
Schedule:

8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Must be available to work at least one weekend day

Schedules may include any day from Monday to Sunday
Pay:

$17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and resolve member inquiries

Provide updates on pre-authorizations and requests

Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Meet performance goals in quality, efficiency, and attendance

Research and resolve service issues proactively
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
-
Minimum 6 months call center experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
