Position: Customer Service Representative – Call Center
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Onsite – Knoxville, TN 37923
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Start Date: May 6, 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
Overview:
RemX is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing insurance payments on behalf of banks for escrow accounts tied to mortgage loans. You’ll utilize various systems and methods to ensure timely and accurate payment delivery to insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities:

Process payments using CRM software, carrier websites, automated systems, or direct phone interactions

Maintain accurate records and update payment statuses in internal systems

Communicate with carrier customer service representatives to resolve payment issues or complete transactions

Escalate complex issues to team leads as needed

Monitor and manage daily workload to ensure timely completion of tasks
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum of 6 months in a call center environment
