Onsite in Miramar, FL – NOT REMOTE
Pay: $17.00 (18.00 if bilingual with English/Spanish)
Hours: must be flexible to work from 8am – 11pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound calls only
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
- Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
Requirements:
- 6 months of customer service experience with the same company
- High School diploma
- Goal-driven and detail oriented
