Pay: $18.77 hourly – WEEKLY PAY

Duration: Contract

Duties:

• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls for school clients’ offices.
• Support other company areas as needed and adhere to assigned standards.
• Work independently on tasks such as manual calls and completing returns.
• Uphold professional dress and behavior standards.
• Keep a positive attitude, even under stress.
• Represent the company positively and professionally, both inside and outside the corporate environment.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively within a team setting.
• Enter data into required systems quickly and accurately.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of call center / account management experience
• Computer Savvy
• No lengthy time off needs between 5/16-6/10 OR in July-August
• Must be able to pass a background check
