Description:

• The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating productions schedules to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• This role ensures that production deadlines are met, resources are allocated appropriately.
• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage production schedules based on sales orders, inventory, and capacities.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or resource availability.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address any scheduling conflicts or production issues.
• Maintain up-to-date reports of production jobs, schedules, and completed work.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality control procedures.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Outlook
• Bilingual Spanish
• Experience:
• At least 2 years in Manufacturing.
• Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
