Start Date: 5/19/2025

 Pay Rate: $18.77/hr

Contract till August

Schedule: M-F 8am to 6pm | No time off during training (Overtime)

Location: Knoxville, TN

Job Duties:

• High-level of knowledge of the financial aid process and all loan phases, from pre-loan thru pay-off, including the ability to answer loan status questions.
• Type data into required systems with both speed and accuracy.
• Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls on behalf of school client’s offices

Requirements

• Knowledge of the financial aid process and all loan phases
• Computer savvy
• Great communication skills
