Job Opening: Pharmacy Call Center Patient Support Representitive

Pharmacy call center seeking results driven representatives for an exciting opportunity!!
- Pay: $15.50 hourly
- Operating hours: 8am-8pm preferred schedule will be discussed
- Position is ON SITE on Eagles Landing Drive 33810
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound
- Assist patients, physicians, and facilities
- Data Entry
- Explain program and services to patients, authorized representatives, healthcare providers and physician’s office staff.
- Move between multiple systems and screens
- Always maintain patient confidentiality.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year customer service experience.
- 6 months call center or related experience.
- Some experience with insurance, benefit investigations, or US private and Government payers.
Not Required but Preferred:
- Experience in pharmacy, managed care, Medicaid and/or Medicare organizations, pharmaceutical and/or biotech manufacturer, insurance, medical office, or related field.
- Experience with HIPAA and patient services.
- Bi-lingual, English, and Spanish.
