Job Opening: $20 Remote B2B Client Call Center Rep (Billing & payment processing for B2B)

RemX is seeking an experience B2B Client Call Center Rep. You will be responsible for processing payments for Insurance Carriers on behalf of Banks for escrow payments on mortgages. You will make payments in various ways, via software, Carrier website, automated phone system, or through phone conversations with Carrier Customer Service Reps.

• Location: Remote (Must reside on EST)

• Start Date: 05/20/2025
• Business Hours: Mon-Fri (Must be flexible for business needs)

1. 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm
2. 10am-7pm
3. 11am-8pm

• Training: 4-6 weeks Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST

Duties

• Handle 30-40 calls per day (Calls average about 10 minutes each)
• Speak directly with businesses (vendors) who need assistance with payments, missing payments, payment changes, assistance logging into portals etc.
• Occasionally assist with tier 1 tech support call issues

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• (2) years in a B2B Call Center payment or billing environment

Work environment requirements

• Strong Internet (speed test required)
• Must have a quiet and private workspace with no distractions and no background noise (kids, dogs etc.)
• You will receive $50 monthly for Wi-Fi reimbursement
