Job Opening: Accounting Clerk II

RemX is hiring Onsite Accounting Clerks 

Temp-hire –

Schedule- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm/some OT on Mondays and possible Sundays if Holiday falls on Monday ( will receive floating time off during the week)

Pay rate: $25-$27 per hr. 

Job duties consist of :

 Processing payroll – processing Reimbursement for employees expenses, Coding, other duties as required

Required skills:

2 plus yrs. Accounting experience- Associates Degree

Cold Storage experience 

Advance Excel working with spreadsheets-Pivot tables- VLookup experience

Payroll system is Workday and Kronos is the  timekeeping system

Detailed focused- organized, background in accounting
