Job Opening: Patient Transfer Coordinator

Schedule: 2x 12-hour shifts + 2x 8-hour shifts/week | Rotating weekends & holidays | 24/7/365 operation

Description:
Join the Patient Transfer Center as a RAC II, where you’ll help facilitate transfers from smaller facilities into hospitals. You’ll connect referring physicians to accepting providers, enter patient status orders, and assist with securing appropriate beds for incoming patients.

Requirements:

• Must have an active EMT, Paramedic, or LPN license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical coordination environment
