LOCATIONS: Onsite – Selma North Carolina
Pay: $17 – 18
Start: May 2025
Contract Term: 6 months with possible extension options depending on experience
Hours of Operations: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Title: Bilingual HR Assistant (Spanish/English)
Job Summary:
Administer and execute HR programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, performance and talent management, and productivity enhancement.
Primary resource for operation
Review new hire onboarding document
Coordinate enrollment and benefit for new hire
Provide training and orientation to new employees
Create programs to support and encourage employee engagement, morale and retention. (We are big on team building)
Provide administrative and customer service for benefits and payroll inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of human resource industry experience and implementation
- Ability analyze and provide systems to retain talent
- Deliver business goals and execute and coordinate new talent onboarding
- Coordinate and conduct new associate orientation, unemployment claims processes, onboarding and exit interviews
- Work with Recruiting and HR Manager
- Assist with maintenance of payroll
- Previous Workday experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Position is open to non Spanish speaking candidates)
- Strong organization skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Suites
- High level professional communication written and verbal
