Job Opening: Licensed P&C Agents in Concord

LOCATIONS: This is an ONSITE role in Concord, NC

Pay: $21.50 (Plus Commission)

Start: April 2025

Training: 10am – 6pm Monday – Friday (2-3 weeks)

After Training Schedule: Monday – Saturday 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM for a 40 hour shift (Must t be open for scheduling between)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Property and Casualty Agent to join our dynamic team. This is an on-site role based in Concord, North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding property and casualty insurance products.

Assess client needs and customize insurance solutions to meet their requirements.

Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Stay informed on industry regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service goals.

Provide excellent customer service with a inbound call model

Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and insurance needs

Maintain member privacy

Qualifications

• Must have ACTIVE Property & Casualty North Carolina
• Minimum 1 years of industry experience
• Familiar with HIPPA Integrity guidelines
• Previous sales and customer service experience
• Ability to communicate professionally in writing and speech
• Tech and computer savvy
• Ability to overcome objections and identify solutions
