Position: Full-time, Onsite Medical Insurance Representative.
Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay!
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
Location: Onsite in Columbus, OH (43222)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound calls to insurance providers to verify coverage and benefits for patients.
  • Resolve benefit-related issues and discrepancies with insurance companies and providers.
  • Interact with patients, explaining their insurance benefits clearly and accurately.
  • Maintain thorough records of all insurance inquiries and resolutions.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous call center experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and meet performance metrics.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude!
