Job Opening: Customer Service Coordinator

Immediately Seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join an innovative team in Tonawanda, NY!

Temp to Hire onsite opportunity – Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist our team as an initial point of contact for clients reaching out to us via phone, webchat, or email.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and directing clients to the appropriate sales representative.
• Monitor and manage order tracking systems to provide clients accurate updates on their shipments.
• Order inputting and invoicing
• Coordinate the logistics of label requests and shipment preparations.
• Capture and organize key action items from sales meetings, creating comprehensive notes that serve as a valuable resource for the team.
• Assist in creating and maintaining email templates and communications through our CRM software.
• Follow up with clients after their initial orders to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
• Work with the marketing team to post blogs and marketing content across our social media platforms.

?Qualifications:

• Previous phone experience in customer service and/or sales support roles.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Experience with HubSpot or marketing CRM preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media management and content posting is desirable.
