Job Opening: $18 Remote Licensed Healthcare Agent (Must have 1 year of Medicare Sales experience)

• Title: Remote Licensed Healthcare Rep
• Location: Remote 
• Pay: $18 an hour
• Commission: $25 (per medical policy written)
• Start Date: 2/03/25
• 2 Different Shifts to Choose From: 
• 10:15 am – 7 pm (EST)
• 11:15 am – 8 pm (EST)  
• Training Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm EST (4 weeks) and (1 week of nesting during your regular shift) Must be on camera during training.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer
• Manage approximately 150-200 calls a day
• Leave many voicemails
• Must maintain a conversion rate of 20-35% based on the amount of calls you make.
• Must have 1 years of Medicare Sales experience
• Not for profit so mainly serving low income, elderly, veterans – empathetic

Required Must Haves:

• Must be an Active Licensed Healthcare Agent (Within the state you reside in)
• Previous High Sales driven and performance driven environment experience
• Looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with the company

Equipment:

• Equipment will be shipped out and should be received a week prior to starting (Laptop, monitor, 2 headsets, and mouse)

Screenings

• 7-year Criminal Felony Bkg and OIG Exclusion
• No Drug Screen Required

Training 

• 4 weeks of training which is M-F 9am-5:30pm 
• 1 week of nesting which will be on the shift you select
• MUST be on camera for training
