Job Opening: Onsite $17 RMA Specialist (Return IT Merchandise Authorization & Ticketing)

RemX is seeking a for our client. In this role candidates must multitask answering phones from customers, creating RMA and work tickets in our ERP system. Seeking someone with RMA Ticketing expertise.

• Title: RMA Specialist (Return Merchandise Authorization)
• Start: ASAP
• Salary: $17 an hour
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Location: Onsite (Alpharetta, GA)

• Experience answering calls from clients and helping troubleshoot Tech device issues
• Must have software skills, internet research abilities, and strong communication skills
• Looking for individual who can multi task answering phones from customers, creating RMAs and work tickets in our ERP system for support
• Currently use Odoo for ERP system
• Understanding of UPS Worldship
• Position is associated with warranty and out of warranty repair equipment process, flow tracking from creation of RMAs and UPS shipping labels, and working with shipping and receiving to ensure product is shipped back timely and invoiced correctly and then close work tickets
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs
• Ability to drive inventory accuracy and integrity through cycle counts and physical inventories
• Other duties as necessary
