Immediate Opening for a Construction Contract Administrative Assistant in Irvine, CA!
This is a temporary to permanent hire opportunity that requires working fully onsite.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle various administrative and compliance related duties
- Ensure contracts are uploaded into the system for jobs opened by Project managers
- Ensure value of contracts are correct
- Send a legal preliminary notice to the customer on California 20 Preliminary notice
- OCIP-CCIP insurance program enrollment and compliance internally and assist subcontractors
- Request contract specific insurance certificates from agents
- Working within Salesforce to manage contracts
- Handle assistant tasks for the president and controller (calendar management, attending meetings, etc.)
- Additional office support duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of previous administrative or executive assistant experience
- 2+ years of experience working within the construction industry
- Proficiency working within Google Programs (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, Google Meet)
- Possess the ability to properly handle confidential information
- Can do attitude with willingness to take on new responsibilities
