Job Opening: Part time Account Executive
Description
RemX is seeking a part-time Account Coordinator for a growing thermoplastic compounding partner in Lugoff, SC!
Flexible between the hours of 8am-5pm Mon-Fri /With potential for full time hours after conversion
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations within the manufacturing unit.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
- Familiarity with standard shipping processes
- Will place and take orders
- Coordinate and distribute orders to team members
- Analyzing and predicting labor and material to determine the cost of a project.
- Ensure department office supplies are properly stocked
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in accounting software such Epicor or any ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite.
