Job Title: ONSITE Medical CSR’S

  • Position: Medical CSR
  • Pay: $17/hr. Full-Time+ Weekly pay!
  • Paid Training
  • Schedule: Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation. 8am-7pm EST. M-F (Full time, No Weekends)
  • Location: Onsite in Columbus, OH (43222 zip code)
  • Start Date: EARLY JANUARY 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry.
  • Process inbound calls assisting patients with medical related inquiries.
  • Verify medical information and ensure it aligns with patient records and insurance policies.
  • Communicate with providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve discrepancies.

 

Qualifications: MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE

  • Provide awesome customer service.
  • Ability to manage inbound calls and multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using phone systems, dual monitors and internal programs.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to patient care.
