Position: ONSITE Medical Insurance Representative

  • Pay: $17/hr. D.O.E Full-Time+ Weekly pay!
  • Schedule: Day shift M-F (Full time, No Weekends)
  • Location: Onsite Columbus, OH (43222 zip code)
  • Start Date: Early January

****MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE****

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies, providers etc.; to verify patient benefits and coverage.
  • Call center environment – Primarily outbound calls – may receive some inbound.
  • Investigate and resolve benefit-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Communicate with patients explaining their medical benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of benefit investigations in the system.

Qualifications:

  • Call Center Experience a Plus.
  • Great problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Adhere to all required KPI's.
  • Great communication, written & verbal skills.
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
