Job Opening: $23-$24 Remote QA Customer Success Specialist (Must reside in NC, FL, or GA)

RemX Staffing is currently seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist. This is a Direct Hire position.

• Start Date: 1/13/2025
• Hours: 7am-7pm (Must be flexible to work any 8 hour shift between this time)
• Pay: $23-$24
• Location: Remote (Must live in NC, FL or GA) No Exceptions

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound phone calls from partner business’s focusing on resolving any issues with a one call resolution
• Entering information within their CRM and ticketing system
• White-Glove Service for all calls

Requirements:

• GED/High School Diploma REQUIRED – AS, BS, or BA Highly Preferred
• Previous Customer Service/Account Manager/Client Specialist experience
• People Focus Customer Service – Able to easily connect with people and de-escalate frustrations.
• Clean and up to date professional resume – Well formatted, highly presentable, free of errors
• Strong and stable work history
