This is a REMOTE, DIRECT HIRE position. MUST LIVE IN NC.
Start date-1/13/2024
Pay:
- $23-$24/hr
Shift:
- Monday-Friday; 7am-7pm
- No weekends yet, but need to remain flexible
- Training – Monday-Friday – Regular office hours – 2 weeks long
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls from partner business’s focusing on resolving any issues with a one call resolution
- Entering information within their CRM and ticketing system
- White-Glove Service for all calls
Position Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in enterprise customer support, particularly in Health Tech or tech, is highly valued.
- Proven Experience 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Success role.
- Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities for software and hardware issues; proficiency in tools like Netsuite, CRM platforms, and ticketing systems.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, workflows, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Clear and empathetic communicator with a knack for building strong client relationships.
- Customer Focus: A problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building trust.
Additional Requirements:
- GED/High School Diploma REQUIRED – ASSOCIATES/BACHELORS DEGREE HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Previous Customer Service/Account Manger/Client Specialist experience
- People Focus Customer Service – Able to easily connect with people and de-escalate frustrations
- Clean up to date professional resume – Well formatted, highly presentable, free of errors
