Title: Onsite Call Center Rep

Employment Type: Estimated 1 week project (Potential to return)

Salary: $28/HR *First 2 days of training will be $23/HR*

Location: Plantation, FL 33322

Work Schedule: 12/28/24 – 1/3/25 – 1st shift (Must be flexible and open to work any 8-hour shift and the Holidays 12/28-1/3

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Call center environment managing high volume inbound/outbound calls.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for the customer and form a strong relationship to support them.
  • Own problem through to resolution on behalf of the member in real time or through comprehensive and timely follow-up with the member

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in customer service
  • Strong computer skills *must pass basic computer assessment*
  • Must be willing to consent to a background check and education verification.
