Description
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a 4-day project with a reputable client of ours located in Plantation, FL or Miramar, FL.
Dates: Last week of September
Pay rate: $24.00/HR
Schedule: 10/30-11/2 *must be able to work till 9:30pm on 10/31 and on Saturday
MUST BE ABLE TO GO ONSITE EACH DAY OF THE PROJECT TO MIRAMAR, FL OR PLANTATION, FL
Position Overview:
Answer inbound calls from members and resolve questions and/or concerns in a timely manner

- Provide resolution for customers.
- Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
- Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
- Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues.
