Job Summary

The Customer Account Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing prompt, effective support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders received via email and phone into the ERP system.
  • Respond to high volumes of calls and emails promptly to assist with product inquiries, order tracking, pickups, complaints, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate with customers about order status and collaborate with production to address backordered items. Work closely with sales, finance, and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of product offerings to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Use Salesforce to manage customer issues effectively.
  • Verify product loads and quantities against purchase orders, retrieve credit documentation, and issue credits for product or pallet returns when applicable.
  • Maintain and file customer records, including ship ticket copies, for audit purposes.
  • Willingly train in other aspects of customer service as required.
  • Execute safety, quality, and productivity fundamentals while upholding housekeeping standards and maintaining preventive maintenance practices.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned, either temporarily or permanently, based on business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook). Experience with Infor M3 and Salesforce is preferred.

  • Serves as cashier and prepares money deposits and end-of-day cashier reports.
  • Completes daily “return to stock” reports.
  • Participates in quality improvement/quality control activities.
  • Refers problems or situations requiring professional judgment to a pharmacist.

Job Requirements:

  • High school graduation or its equivalent.
  • Six months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR One year of experience in a healthcare setting working with prescription drugs and other medications.
  • Must obtain a Pharmacy Technician certification through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) prior to the end of the probationary period and maintain certification throughout employment at FHC.
  • Must be registered with the KY Board of Pharmacy and maintain registration throughout employment.
  • Or An equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted, as determined applicable by Civil Service.
  • Must be vaccinated

Position Summary:

  • The Coordinator serves as the primary contact for referring physicians and facilities requesting the services for a continued, and often, higher level of patient care.
  • This position is responsible for collecting appropriate clinical information and coordinating and facilitating the acceptance of patient transfers and direct admissions into health facilities in accordance with established clinical guidelines and protocols and Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA).
  • The Coordinator will obtain accurate patient demographic information and enter into the registration system and will also obtain verbal patient status/type admission orders from providers and enter into the Computerized Order Entry (CPOE) system, so the patient status/type is classified in the correctly in a timely manner.
  • The Coordinator will communicate and collaborate with physicians, hospital CAOs and leadership, System and Facility administrators on call (AOC), house supervisors and capacity management staff on a routine basis to elevate and resolve issues that are barriers to patient transfer acceptance.
  • Critical to this position is the ability to utilize critical thinking skills and judgement, multitask and initiate appropriate actions to ensure patients receive care in a timely manner.

Position Summary:

  • The Coordinator serves as the primary contact for referring physicians and facilities requesting the services for a continued, and often, higher level of patient care.

  • Critical to this position is the ability to utilize critical thinking skills and judgement, multitask and initiate appropriate actions to ensure patients receive care in a timely manner.

  • Monday – Friday shifts between 10.30 am and 8pm local time with some rotating Saturdays. (shift for new hire)

Job Description

•Sell the following insurance products – automobile, homeowners and umbrella insurance. •Deliver excellent follow-up and customer service to close insurance sales via phone or email to prospective clients. •Attends continued education requirements to maintain active property casualty license. •Knowledge of the advantages of the company products, services and benefits vs competitors.

 Requirements

  • Must have an active PRODUCER Property and Casualty License
  • Must reside within the required distance from the hub location.
  • Must be available to work and commit to training and work schedule.
  • Must be empathetic, driven, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to communicate effectively, and have influence.

 

Internet & equipment:

  • A laptop, docking station, 2 monitors, and headset will be provided. 
  • You will need high speed internet access and must be directly wired into your internet modem. Use of Wi-Fi is not allowed.
