RemX has an excited opportunity for Seasonal Customer Service Specialist in Nashville, TN.
Location: Nashville (100% onsite)
Hours: 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday
Seasonal: 10/28/2024-12/20/2024
Job responsibilities of the Seasonal Customer Service Specialist:
- Answer inbound calls from customers
- Process orders
- Respond to issues customers may have with their order
- Track the status of shipments
- Data entry
- Pull reports
Qualifications for the Seasonal Customer Service Representative:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce
- Conflict resolution skills
- The ability to multi-task with attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- Previous customer service experience
